MH SR zverejnilo zoznam žiadostí členských krajín EÚ o zavedenie colných suspenzií na dovoz tovarov z tretích krajín od 1. 7. 2012
zmysle oznámenia Európskej komisie 98/C 128/02 a platnej legislatívy Európskej komisie zverejňuje Ministerstvo hospodárstva SR zoznam žiadostí členských krajín EÚ o zavedenie colných suspenzií a colných kvót na dovoz vybraných tovarov z tretích krajín od 1. 7. 2012.
V prípade, že dovážate alebo sa v období od 1. 7. 2012 chystáte dovážať niektoré z produktov uvedených v priloženom zozname, je možné takúto žiadosť na otvorenie colnej suspenzie alebo kvóty podporiť.
Výhrady voči priloženým žiadostiam, ako aj už platným colným suspenziám a colným kvótam iných členských krajín je možné vzniesť v prípade, ak existuje výroba týchto produktov v SR alebo v inej členskej krajine EÚ. Výhrady sa podávajú v zmysle postupu, ktorý je vysvetlený v horeuvedenom oznámení Európskej komisie. Konkrétne ide o vyplnenie Prílohy III Oznámenia (uviesť firmu, jej adresu a kontaktnú osobu), ktoré sa zasiela elektronicky na e-mailovú adresu merenyi@mhsr.sk a písomne na adresu MH SR, odbor obchodnej politiky, Mierová 19, 827 15 Bratislava.
Prípadnú podporu alebo výhradu voči zavedeniu niektorej z predložených žiadostí je potrebné zaslať na Ministerstvo hospodárstva SR v termíne do 30. novembra 2011
